Role Description This is a full-time Broker Assistant / Broker Assistant Administrator role located in Randburg. As a Broker Assistant Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support. Your day-to-day tasks may include managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with general office tasks and the occasional client visit Qualifications Previous experience as a BROKER Assistant Administrator Insurance / Financial Services or similar industry knowledge would be a bonus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reside in or near Randburg Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have own transportation Reside near Randburg
