Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOwn car + drivers license Key Responsibilities:Assist the broker with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing filesPrepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, including contracts, lease agreements, and due diligence materialsAct as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a professional mannerCoordinate property viewings and ensure all relevant materials are prepared and distributed to clients beforehandAssist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and proposalsConduct research on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to support the broker in making informed decisionsCompile and analyze data to create reports for clients and internal useLiaise with legal teams, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processesMonitor and track the progress of deals, ensuring all deadlines are met and necessary documentation is completed accuratelyAssist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and digital contentManage the company's CRM system, ensuring all client and property data is current and accurateBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesOpportunities for professional development and career progressionExposure to a dynamic and fast-growing industrySupportive work environment with a focus on work-life balanceSalary for 6 months + Petrol Allowance
