Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and targeting potential clientsFollow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetingsAssist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applicationsMaintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurateMonitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellationsProvide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issuesAssist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needsManage and organize client files, records, and correspondencePrepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentationsWork closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service deliverySupport the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retentionEnsure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standardsStay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trendsQualifications and Skills: 2 or more years' experience in life insurance industryComputer literateRE5 will be an advantageastute & atWORK will be an advantageValid driver's license & own transport
