The Ideal Candidate is someone who: can effectively manage the administration of all policies for our Brokers.will provide expert advice to Brokers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.is able to handle mid-term adjustments and finalise renewals efficiently.can communicate clearly and professionally with clients and Brokers.will ensure timely updates and amendments in line with service level agreements.is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).can excel under pressure, multi-task, and remain solutions focused.is honest, reliable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.
