The Ideal Candidate is someone who: can effectively manage the administration of all policies for our Brokers.will provide expert advice to Brokers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.is able to handle mid-term adjustments and finalise renewals efficiently.can communicate clearly and professionally with clients and Brokers.will ensure timely updates and amendments in line with service level agreements.is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).can excel under pressure, multi-task, and remain solutions focused.is honest, reliable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail. A true team player.Matric QualificationRE5 QualificationPost graduate qualification is advantageousCPD Points in Compliance with FAIS3-5 Years Experience, with a proven track record in a short-term insurance role, preferably within a brokerage environment.This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to travel and report to the Lynnwood based office at times.
