Scope & General Purpose:Manage daily administrative tasks related to reservations.Respond to customer queries and assist with reservations via phone and email.Ensure accurate processing of reservations, amendments, and cancellations.Provide support for various reservation-related tasks as directed by the Reservations Manager.Assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years experience in a reservations role within the hospitality or tourism industry, ideally across multiple properties.Proven ability in reservation administration and customer service.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent Excel skills.Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Nebula, eRes, Hotelier, Opera, and Apex.Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to problem-solve efficiently.Professional, presentable appearance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with reservation systems such as Nebula, eRes, Opera, and Apex.A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
