Role Requirements The following qualifications are applicable: a Bachelor's Degree /Btech /Post Graduate qualification in: Mechanical Engineering/Production Management/ Mechatronics and Industrial Engineering A growth mindset, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to skill development. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments. Flexibility to relocate or work in various locations within South Africa (where necessary) Applicants who have participated in the YES programme before do not qualify South African citizenship
