They are currently looking to expand their online marketplace channels aggressively, particularly in the health and beauty category, to maximize sales and brand visibility across the UK & EU.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Success Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in driving the communication and strategy for key brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and online marketplaces, with experience in data analysis, strategy presentation, and optimizing brand performance across various platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Expansion: Identify and assess new online marketplaces in the UK & EU, creating targeted strategies for the successful launch and growth of brands.Brand Onboarding: Collaborate with new and existing brand partners to integrate their products into online marketplaces, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Performance Analysis: Utilize data insights to help brands maximize sales and market presence, providing recommendations to achieve core channel objectives.Reporting: Produce detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, sales trends, and areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, procurement) and brand partners to ensure cohesive marketplace strategies.Marketplace Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with key marketplace contacts, staying informed about platform changes and new opportunities.QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years in e-commerce or online marketplace management, preferably within the health and beauty industry.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights for improvement.Marketplace Knowledge: Strong understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and their operational dynamics.Brand Management: Experience in optimizing brand sales and online presence.Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities and challenges.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data persuasively.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and relevant software. Location: Wherever the wifi is! This is remote work for a company based in the UK so as long as you are available for 9am-6pm working hours it doesnt matter where you work from. Salary offered: R40 000-R50 000 CTC per month depending on experience. Type: Full time permanent position.
