The Brand Representative will foster awareness of feminism and the challenges faced during life cycle changes. Successful candidates will achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets while effectively managing their territory and workload.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences.Achieve presentation targets through effective product sampling and promotion.Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences.Basic Salary: R7 875Total CTC: R12 121Key Performance Areas:Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Effectively engage diverse audiences in product discussions, tailoring communication to specific target groups.Develop trust and rapport with learners and school representatives through approachable demeanor.Operational Excellence:Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide timely responses to queries and requests.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance and exceed client expectations.Demonstrate accountability for achieving KPIs and driving overall team success.Create exceptional product experiences through in-depth product knowledge, active listening, and needs assessment.Convey enthusiasm and passion for the product during presentations and demonstrations.Optimize time management and adhere to appointment schedules to meet stakeholder expectations.Safeguard and maintain sampling stock in excellent condition.Reporting and Compliance:Provide timely updates to management regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.Utilize the designated online system to capture accurate and detailed session feedback.Maintain accurate records of sample distribution and reconcile against attendance.Assume responsibility for the care and maintenance of assigned company assets.Adhere to all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.Personal Development:Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement through utilization of available resources.QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets.Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic.Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.Possesses the ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings.Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.Possession of a reliable personal smartphone.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Deliver engaging and informative educational presentations on puberty, aligned with provided training.Clearly articulate product benefits, differentiating features, and competitive advantages.Provide comprehensive guidance on feminine hygiene and healthcare practices based on received training.Required Transportation and TechnologyGrade 12.Possess a reliable personal vehicle with a valid roadworthy certificate.Hold a valid driver's license.Own a reliable smartphone with sufficient storage capacity for application downloads and image storage.Additional InformationPrevious Work ExperienceMinimum of one year of sales or training experience.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Demonstrated success in working independently with minimal supervision.Exceptional presentation skills with a proven track record of impactful delivery.Adherence to high professional and ethical standards.Proficiency in utilizing business reporting tools.Knowledge RequiredStrong interpersonal skills: including presentation, public speaking, and negotiation abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making: capable of identifying and resolving challenges effectively.Customer focus: committed to delivering exceptional audience experiences through timely and professional interactions.Relationship building: adept at fostering strong connections with diverse stakeholders.Communication proficiency: excellent verbal and written communication skills.Market understanding: knowledge of both formal and informal market sectors.
