Brand Manager (Retail / Quick Service Restaurant), East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related2+ years experience in marketing retail or Quick Service Restaurant industryStrong understanding of retail marketing principles & consumer behaviourCreative thinker and able to develop innovative marketing conceptsStrong communication (English fluency) & presentation skillsProficient in MS Office and marketing analytics stoolsValid license and passport regular travel to various marketsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Develop / implement marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings, and local store marketing initiatives across all companys marketsWork closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive salesPresentation of retail marketing plansAnalyse sales data and consumer trends Salary: R40 000.00 R45 000.00 per month CTC (dependent on experience).
