We are seeking a Brand Manager (Retail / Quick Service Restaurant) for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related2+ years' experience in marketing – retail or Quick Service Restaurant industryStrong understanding of retail marketing principles & consumer behaviourCreative thinker and able to develop innovative marketing conceptsStrong communication (English fluency) & presentation skillsProficient in MS Office and marketing analytics toolsValid license and passport – regular travel to various marketsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop / implement marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings, and local store marketing initiatives across all company's marketsWork closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive salesPresentation of retail marketing plansAnalyse sales data and consumer trendsSalary: R40 000.00 – R45 000.00 per month CTC (dependent on experience).
