Brand Manager (Retail / Quick Service Restaurant), East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related 2 years experience in marketing retail or Quick Service Restaurant industry Strong understanding of retail marketing principles & consumer behaviour Creative thinker and able to develop innovative marketing concepts Strong communication (English fluency) & presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and marketing analytics stools Valid license and passport regular travel to various markets The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop / implement marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings, and local store marketing initiatives across all companys markets Work closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales Presentation of retail marketing plans Analyse sales data and consumer trends Salary: R40 000.00 R45 000.00 per month CTC (dependent on experience).
