We are currently recruiting for a senior-level Brand Manager position overseeing both scheduled medicines and unique Over-The-Counter (OTC) brands.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust marketing strategies for scheduled medicines and OTC brands, focusing on differentiation.Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior and regulatory changes, guiding product development and marketing strategies.Design and implement versatile marketing campaigns targeting both healthcare professionals and consumers, overseeing the creation of marketing materials.Ensure adherence to regulations governing scheduled medicines and uphold ethical marketing standards, staying updated on regulatory changes affecting OTC practices.Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry experts, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams for consistent brand management.Monitor brand performance metrics and market trends, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing, specializing in scheduled medicines and OTC products.Profound understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, consumer marketing strategies, and retail dynamics.Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.Willingness to travel as necessary to support business objectives.Package & RemunerationThis role offers a lucrative compensation package commensurate with extensive experience and expertise.Interested?If you're ready to make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry, apply now and be part of our dynamic team!Please note that due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
