Duties and responsibilities - Identify strategies to generate non-bed/GLA outdoor media, on site activations, Wi-Fi advertising at the TSL residences. - Engage with corporate partners (FMCG, financial services, technology/telecoms, media, etc) and/or media agencies to originate partnerships that can generate non-bed revenue for TSL. - Research and develop a thorough understanding and capabilities of internal clients. - Submit monthly progress reports. - Identify external brands, including retailers, corporate companies, manufacturers, and distributors. - Drive and implement brand partnership opportunities for initiatives benefiting both partners and relevant assets. Experience & Qualifications - 10 years of professional experience in the industry. - BCom Degree Competencies and Skills Non GLA skills - Ability to work independently to pitch to internal and external customers. - Ability to manage large volumes of leases and report this data in an organized, efficient, and meaningful manner. - Ability to manage projects to ensure they are delivered to spec, within timelines and cost budget. - Ability to manage the periodic maintenance of all media and track the success thereof. - Ability to manage budgets and ensure forecasts are met. - Ability to work well under pressure. - Strong negotiation skills - Deadline focused. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Stakeholder focus: meeting the needs expectations and continually improve services. - Building and managing relationships - Decision making by considering information available, identifying opportunities, and making timely decisions. - Entrepreneurial: remaining current with competitor information and market trends - Problem solving: Using various viewpoints, analyse and interpret possible problems. Working conditions Will be required to travel nationally.
