About the role:The primary objective of this role is to develop plans and execute projects to support both the short and long-term marketing strategy for the hair portfolio.Education & experience:University graduate, with marketing or business degree.Minimum 3 years Marketing experience with prior experience within the beauty industry being advantageous.About you – to be successful in this role:Computer literate in MS Office.Project management skills.Influential and impactful presentation skills.Flexibility in a changing environment.Strong financial & analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Aptitude for continuous learning.High levels of creativity and innovation.Key responsibilities:Brand Management:You will generate customer insights, product strategy, collaborate on go-to-market strategies and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle, from helping conceptualize the product, to driving launch and commercialization plans, to growing product adoption post-launch. You'll work closely with our cross-functional departments, such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and New Product Development, to ensure alignment with overall brand goals.Launches & Promotions:Strategically manage all aspects of the brand portfolio and optimize market opportunities, brand profits and market share. Raise brand awareness and enhance brand equity by delivering innovative marketing programmes to drive profitable growth across our hair care and hair colour portfolio.Budgets/Financial Tasks:Responsible for the delivery of GSV, Retail Sales and EBITDA budgets for their brands in line with the marketing plans. Manage and monitor the brands' expenditure to budget in line with the marketing plan.
