BRAND MANAGER/EAST LONDON - The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings, and local store marketing initiatives across all company's markets, and will work closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales. Regular travel to various markets will be required (Passport essential)MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or QSR industryProven experience as Brand Manager or similar roleStrong understanding of retail marketing principles and consumer behaviourExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCreative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing conceptsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics toolsExperience in the QSR Industry is advantageousExperience in developing and executing retail marketing campaignsFamiliarity with menu marketing and product promotion in the food industryUnderstanding of local store marketing tactics and implementation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute in-store promotional campaigns and menu marketing strategiesCollaborate with menu development teams on marketing for new and existing productsAnalyse consumer behaviour and QSR market trends to inform retail marketing strategiesOversee and coordinate local store marketing initiativesWork with operations team to optimize in-store customer experienceMonitor and report on the performance of retail marketing initiatives.Regular coordination with menu development teams, operations, and other marketing functionsPresentation of retail marketing plans and results to Marketing ExecutiveEngagement with local store marketers on marketing initiativeAnalyse sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities for retail marketingDevelop creative solutions to enhance in-store customer experience and drive salesEvaluate the effectiveness of retail marketing campaigns and propose optimizationsRecommend retail marketing strategies and tactics to the Marketing ExecutivePrioritize and allocate resources for local store marketing initiativesMake decisions on in-store promotional materials and campaign executionIdentify new opportunities for in-store marketing and customer engagement Salary: +- R40 -R45K (based on previous work experience)Application Process: E-mail CV, qualifications and recent head & shoulder photo
