A Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management (3 years)Valid Code EB drivers license5 to 8 years relevant experience in an FMCG environmentResponsibilities:Brand ManagementParticipate in the formulation of the marketing strategy.Oversee a portfolio of categories /brands that are more highly valued by the business.Formulate the brand targets in consultation with the Marketing Executive and ensure alignment with the national targets.New Product Development and Marketing ResearchLead projects with cross functional teams and external service providersConduct relevant analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the brand portfolio/strategyInformation Analysis, Management and ReportingProvide detailed and precise reports to illustrate trends, predictions and relevant strategies.Provide forecasting input with the customer team into S&OP forecasts.Formulate and manage brand marketing budgets monthly to meet annual targets.Formulate and implement approved budgets.
