Develop and execute branding strategies that are well-seasoned and tailored to perfectionEnsure consistency across all channels, blending creativity and strategy into a deliciously cohesive messageWork closely with teams to plate up campaigns that leave a lasting impressionAnalyze market trends and serve up innovative ideas that keep us ahead of the competitionSkills and Experience:Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant brand management experience, preferably in a food/hospitality environment Degree or diploma in Marketing or Advertising Functional skills: Line managementProject managementTime managementBudget managementCommercial mindedAttention to detailBrief writing and ability to evaluate concepts, copy, and designStrong oral and written communication Campaign Execution: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the successful rollout of brand campaigns and promotions, maintaining high standards across all locationsCoordinate with print production partners to manage the production and distribution of marketing materials to stores Launches: Develop and manage detailed project plans for seasonal campaign rollouts, involving multiple departmentsPrepare budgets for campaigns and obtain cost estimates from suppliersWork with external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials for seasonal launchesOversee the development of templates for menus, POS materials, and other assetsMaintain accurate printing lists and liaise with store teams to ensure all materials are correct and delivered promptlyEnsure design and print deadlines are met, coordinating the packing and distribution of materialsCreate and distribute launch guides, ensuring teams implement materials effectivelyConduct post-launch reviews to identify areas for improvement Promotions and Campaigns: Create project plans for promotional rollouts, ensuring all steps are accounted forSet up budgets and manage vendor relationships to meet campaign objectivesCoordinate the development, distribution, and implementation of campaign materials Local Store Marketing: Partners with franchisees and relevant team members to develop and implement localized marketing strategies tailored to specific needs.
Inventory: Manage orders for marketing stock, including ad hoc requests and full campaign requirementsPackage and dispatch materials to stores, ensuring accuracyConduct stock takes and manage inventory recordsInvoice stores for marketing materials as required Finance and Administration: Provide administrative support for marketing projects and ensure accurate reporting on stock, budgets, and ad hoc initiativesHandle financial processes, including raising purchase orders, securing approvals, and tracking supplier paymentsSet up vendor profiles and liaise with finance teams to ensure smooth operationsMonitor and report on marketing budgets, ensuring expenses align with plans Team Support: Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasksManage team requests for supplies and other requirementsPersonal attributes:A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures.
