BRAND MANAGER: ENERGY BRANDS

Job Purpose
The Brand Manager for the Energy Portfolio is instrumental in leading the marketing initiatives and growth strategies for the Energy brands in the market. Working closely with the Portfolio Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic brand plans for Energy brands in collaboration with the Portfolio Marketing Manager.
Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing brand equity, market positioning, and customer engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and challenges for the Energy brands.
Marketing Campaign Management:
Lead the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional media channels to enhance brand desirability.
Work closely with creative agencies to develop impactful campaign materials and maintain brand consistency.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
Product Management Support:
Oversee the product development process from initiation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the Energy brands new product development agenda.
Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify product opportunities and enhancements.
Trade Execution and Sales Enablement:
Develop appropriate point-of-sale materials aligned with brand, pack, and channel strategies.
Enhance brand visibility through store signage, cooler branding, and other trade marketing activities.
Define guidelines for in-trade promotional activities specific to BevCo in the market and brand strategies.
Track brand and product distribution to ensure consistent product availability.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
Implement digital marketing strategies, including always-on and social media campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, engagement, and customer feedback to inform content strategies.
Consumer Insights and Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities.
Utilize consumer insights to guide marketing decisions and refine brand messaging for Energy brands.

Qualifications and Experience:
Honors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles in the consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from market data and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in marketing and analytics software is an advantage.
