Home jobs Brand Manager – Arista & Grand Stream As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of your designated brands across all regions.You will be responsible for managing the sales and brand performance function, ensuring revenue targets are met, and executing strategic objectives.The key performance areas (KPAs) outlined below are integral to achieving success in this role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. KPA PERFOMANCE STANDARDS Successfully manage the Arista, Grand stream and IT Armi brands. The primary focus is to develop a deep relationship with the nominated vendor(s) and then successfully deliver on all of the respective revenue and performance requirements within both FD and the Brand, in order to ensure the successful and profitable growth of the brand.These metrics will vary but will be determined by the Sales Plan and the Business Plan requirements of the respective vendors.
