Required Learning Previous brand management experience is required with a minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry Dermatology therapeutic area experience will be an advantage Thorough knowledge of the prescription pharmaceutical market Computer Literacy, Communication & Presentation skills.
Key Job Output Planning - Strategic & Operational planning Develop brand strategies and appropriate brand plans, with objectives, resources, KPIs and expected returns.
Market/customer insights Develop customer understanding, analysis and insight generation Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs and opportunities for the brands Network and build relationships with selected customers Work closely with sales team to develop necessary sales tools and training.
Implementation Drive successful implementation of brand strategies and tactics Monitoring and control Manage and measure overall investment, sales and profit according to pre-determined KPIs Manage forecasting Managing external relationships with Multinational partners and other key stakeholders Managing key internal relationships
