The Brand Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand's reputation, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. This position requires a strategic, creative, and analytical thinker who can ensure brand consistency and alignment with our company's goals. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to bring brand initiatives to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Strategy: Develop, refine, and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and influencer marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
3. Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, consumer insights, and competitive positioning; translate insights into actionable strategies.
4. Brand Guidelines: Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
5. Product Launches: Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute successful product launches and promotions that align with brand values and objectives.
6. Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling brand content, including digital media, advertisements, press releases, and packaging.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and brand health metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize impact.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align brand strategy across functions.
9. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience.
• Experience in the medical industry and/or health & wellness industry would be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and brand management software.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
