We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Communications Specialist to support our Key Account Management Sales Team. This role is integral to driving successful sales efforts by providing tailored marketing materials and communications that enhance client engagement and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of design, copywriting, and marketing skills, with experience in developing high-impact material.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management sales team to understand client needs and develop custom marketing materials, including product catalogues, presentations, and proposals.
Design visually appealing and brand-consistent sales collateral, ensuring materials are aligned with client expectations and sales strategies.
Write clear, compelling copy for client proposals, email communications, and other marketing deliverables that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Create and manage content for client-facing presentations, ensuring all materials are polished, professional, and persuasive.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets that meet the sales team's deadlines.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all marketing content and communications.
Support the sales team with the development of tailored marketing campaigns and strategies that drive client engagement and retention.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and sales strategy discussions.
Analyse the effectiveness of marketing materials and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on design and copywriting.
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Excellent copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of sales processes and key account management is a plus.
