Brand Accountant

Your responsibility will include but is not limited to: Oversee campus finances, review internal controls, and verify budgets before approval Manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, analyze accounts, and support audits Conduct monthly reviews with brand accountant and school management; drive cost savings and aim to exceed targets Track and submit billing changes to Group Shared Services Prepare pro-rata billing calculations and ensure forms and waivers are processed Review and submit fee schedules, maintain third-party billing, and address billing queries Train staff on procurement policies, review and approve purchase orders Address procurement issues, coordinate needs, follow up on delivery notes, and ensure card pre-approvals Reconcile procurement card statements and minimize urgent payments Review RewardMe system reports for accuracy, distribute to principals, and align with payroll Maintain a bursary master list, manage discontinuations, and assist with registrations and financial assistance Attend debtors meetings, assist with PST decisions, and monitor inactive accounts Update PST lists, review financial clearances, and handle outstanding payments and refund requests Provide accrual lists and review allocations for accuracy Reconcile fundraising accruals, manage head office allocations, and ensure correct period allocation for prepaids Track and monitor CAPEX requests, update trackers, complete applications, and handle approvals and disposal documents Skills & Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience Qualification: Grade 12 Bookkeeping diploma will be advantageous Contact ANNARI STANDER on
