Brand Accountant

Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Oversee campus finances, review internal controls, and verify budgets before approvalManage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, analyze accounts, and support auditsConduct monthly reviews with brand accountant and school management; drive cost savings and aim to exceed targetsTrack and submit billing changes to Group Shared ServicesPrepare pro-rata billing calculations and ensure forms and waivers are processedReview and submit fee schedules, maintain third-party billing, and address billing queriesTrain staff on procurement policies, review and approve purchase ordersAddress procurement issues, coordinate needs, follow up on delivery notes, and ensure card pre-approvalsReconcile procurement card statements and minimize urgent paymentsReview RewardMe system reports for accuracy, distribute to principals, and align with payrollMaintain a bursary master list, manage discontinuations, and assist with registrations and financial assistanceAttend debtors meetings, assist with PST decisions, and monitor inactive accountsUpdate PST lists, review financial clearances, and handle outstanding payments and refund requestsProvide accrual lists and review allocations for accuracyReconcile fundraising accruals, manage head office allocations, and ensure correct period allocation for prepaidsTrack and monitor CAPEX requests, update trackers, complete applications, and handle approvals and disposal documents Skills & Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience Qualification:Grade 12Bookkeeping diploma will be advantageous Contact ANNARI STANDER on
