EXPERIENCE: Three to five years branch management/sales management/business development experience with knowledge in data networking equipment preferred. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. A proven track record demonstrating ability to consistently meet sales targets, with contactable references. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra in order to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, profits, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Must be results driven and customer focused. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues. Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees. Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop branch employees. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public. Ability to handle confidential / sensitive information in a professional manner. Ability to manage multi-functional tasks in a pressurised environment, prioritize and multitask. Knowledge of SAP Business One is advantageous. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a three-year degree or post matric diploma in business management or 5-7 years relevant work experience.
