Branch Administrator – Cape Town – Responsibilities Assist branch manager on with day to day running of the branchInternal salesDraughting for Cape Town branchAssisting Sales Team with quotes admin and technical liaisonManage stationery and other office supplies and keep an inventory of the stockAssist with branch marketing, working closely with the Head Office marketing teamAssist with branch debtors' queries and work with the head office Finance team to resolve queriesWork with the Operations team at head office to coordinate tasksManage the weekly time sheets, the driver log booksAssist with admin tasks associated with branch deliveriesPerform ad-hoc clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, general branch admin workMaintain high levels of Customer ServiceAssist with cycle counts in warehouseOffice house keepingAnswer inbound callsMaintain a high level of customer serviceControl the access to the office and warehouse Branch Administrator - Requirements and Skills: Proven work experienceShould have matric and a diploma is preferredDraughting Experience (AutoCAD and/or Inventor)Must be customer focusedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and admin skillsMarketing experience will be advantageousMust be a team playerProficient in MS Office packages
