It is important that this person is flexible and able to execute all objectives against the campaign requirements. The Branch Mobile Specialist must create an exceptional customer experience through their engagement with customers. They will be responsible for educating them on the applicable products and services, meeting daily targets in line with the requirements, accurately capturing all required information, and providing feedback in terms of challenges and/or opportunities.
