Expiry Date: 2024-11-11Purpose of the role:The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing, and people management for his/her branch.Qualifications:Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage.Experience:2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience.Knowledge and Skills:2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience.Additional Requirements:Financial Management: Continuously manage and monitor branch performance.Business/Compliance Management: Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly is 100% accurate and is balanced every day.Sales and Marketing Management: Develop and implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance.People Management: Manage, motivate, and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
