KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Directing all operational aspects including: Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer service, Human Resources administration, Payroll and administration. Skills Development - Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel through HR. Accounting duties - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tip-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Sales and Branch Targets Logistics and vehicle control Ensure latest Supplier price lists are updated and shared with the Sales force Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans Budget management REQUIREMENTS Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous 8 - 10 years experience in similar role
