Purpose of the role:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing, and people management for his/her branch.
Qualifications:
Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience:
2 years proven track record in microfinance or sales will be advantageous. Minimum of two years of managerial experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of microfinance and sales principles. Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
Additional Requirements: Financial Management: Continuously manage and monitor branch performance.Business/Compliance Management: Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly transactions is 100% accurate and balanced every day.Sales and Marketing Management: Develop and implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance.People Management: Manage, motivate, and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
