Branch Manager - Nelspruit

Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of technical, operational, sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets.Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels.Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations.Work alongside Relationship Managers to source new business (within all go-to-market channels, i.e. Dealerships, Commercial and Insurance).Minimum Requirements:National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.Tertiary education (advantageous).Minimum of 5 years in both an operational/sales environment.Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations.Ability to manage a diverse team.Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills.
