ENVIRONMENT: A forward-thinking IT solutions provider is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee all operational functions of the branch, including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
This position involves managing and developing a team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving branch performance.
The Branch Manager will collaborate with the team to implement strategies that boost productivity, achieve sales targets, and support the overall growth and success of the business.
DUTIES: Branch Operations: Manage all operational functions, including distribution, customer service, administration, and sales, ensuring compliance with company standards and goals.
Supervise and direct daily branch activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and supply chain coordination to meet demand and maintain operational efficiency.
Sales and Business Development: Assess the local market conditions and identify current and future sales opportunities.
Develop business plans, forecasts, and financial objectives to drive growth and performance.
Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry movements to keep the branch competitive.
Leadership and Staff Management: Manage and motivate branch staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance.
Address employee performance issues and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team meets operational and customer service standards.
Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
Promote a customer-focused culture within the branch to drive service excellence.
Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and all relevant regulations and laws.
Provide regular reports on branch performance, market conditions, and sales activities to senior management.
Monitor and manage the branch budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within financial constraints.
Networking and Brand Promotion: Represent the branch and company at industry events, networking opportunities, and other community engagements to build the branchs presence and reputation.
Promote the branchs products and services to expand market reach and enhance the brand image.
REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the ICT sector.
Strong knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on business development.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Results-driven, customer-focused, and able to motivate teams towards success.
