Additionally, the Branch Manager ensures that products and displays are well-merchandised to maximize sales and profitability.
Budgeting, accounting, and finance.
Retail management, pricing, and strategic planning.
Learning and development (staffing).
Building client relationships and resolving complaints effectively.
Vendor relationships, market knowledge, and multitasking.
Requirements Senior certificate (NQF4) or the equivalent.
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in a business field would be advantageous.
Valid code B driver's license and own transport (would be advantageous).
Passed credit and criminal checks.
S.A. Citizen or valid work permit for S.A. 3-5 years' industry or job-related experience.
At least 3 years mid-management experience.
