About the role: We seek a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our new Fluidra Pool Xpert store in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the store's operations, including stock management, personnel supervision, sales and margin target achievement, marketing coordination, financial management, and security. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
About You:Stock Management: Oversee stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.Monitor stock movement and implement strategies to minimise stock losses and maximise sales.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of four staff members, including an office administrator, a driver, and shop assistants.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Sales and Margin Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales and margin targets.Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Train staff to optimise sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with head office to plan and execute marketing initiatives.Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales.Manage all financial transactions, including payments, cash management, and cash-ups.Maintain accurate financial records and reports.Implement measures to control costs and optimise profitability.Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the store's assets.Conduct regular security assessments and address any vulnerabilities.In return, you will be rewarded with various benefits including: Ongoing training, support, and developmentStrong Global Brand that is investing in South AfricaFluidra is a place where everyone can develop.

Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years industry experienceMinimum 5 years Key account managerial experienceProven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or trade environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control systems.Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Prior experience in security management is advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.Working Conditions: Full-time position with regular working hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
