Prima Tyres in Claremont currently has a challenging career opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee all operations and ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Claremont branch. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director.Main responsibilities:Overall management of branch operationsCustomer service (negotiation with and providing quotations to customers)Personnel managementMarketing management (market research, compilation of market plan, etc.)Develop and implement strategies and KPI's for improving branch efficiency, productivity and customer satisfactionCompile, manage and maintain annual branch budget and costingsLiaison and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other stake holdersProduction management and quality controlStock controlAdministrative managementAsset managementTraining and developmentRequirements:Grade 12 CertificateApplicable tertiary qualification will be advantageousProven experience in the tyre & fitment industry is strongly recommendedProfessional knowledge and insight regarding the functioning of business enterprisesStrong decision maker with excellent grasp of both long- and short-term issues of business, operations and other resourcesExcellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skillsVery good conflict management skillsComputer literacyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHighly organised and structured with a strong work ethic
