Job OverviewA Branch Manager opportunity exists for a well-experienced, driven candidate with solid experience in sales management, operations, and budget forecasting and planning. Experience in the Fire and Security industry is essential.
ResponsibilitiesManaging sales and operations activitiesEnsuring deadlines are met and achieving business goals and revenue targetsFinding and converting potential leads into active customersRecruiting employees and subcontractors as neededManaging and mentoring staffConducting performance reviewsMaintaining customer relationshipsMaintaining company assets within the region, including ensuring logbooks for vehicles' running history or maintaining logs of use of company assetsRequirementsMatricRelevant tertiary qualification8-10 years' experience in the Fire and Security industryGeneral management experience, including budget forecasts and planningSales management and operations management experienceAdministrative experience and well-versed in office and operational practiceProven experience in Customer Relationship Management
