Position: Branch Manager Industry: Industrial Equipment, Mining and Welding Location: Secunda - Mpumalanga Salary: Market Related (Slightly negotiable depending on related industry experience) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: ?Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12 | Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.Experience: Minimum 8-10years experience in similar role.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.Relationship Management skills and openness to feedback.Able and willing to work long hours.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. SKILLS & ABILITIES:Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations.Excellent organizational skills, Results driven and customer focused.Leadership and human resources management skills.Proven Work experience as a sales representative.Person must always be positive never revealing negative feelings in front of staff. JOB SUMMARY: ?Directing all operational aspects including Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer service, Human Resources administration, Payroll, and administration.Skills Development - Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for personnel through HR.Accounting duties - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tip-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
