Branch Manager

Requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent.
5 years working experience as a sales representative.
Minimum 8 years' experience in the refrigeration industry beneficial.
Computer literate.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations: Manage resources, staff, and compliance with company policies to ensure smooth functioning.
Drive branch growth: Implement strategies to expand the customer base, identify new business opportunities, and increase revenue.
Provide leadership: Inspire and guide the team, aligning them with organisational goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Track and analyse sales performance: Monitor sales targets, identify trends, and adjust strategies to drive better results.
Enhance customer relationships: Build strong, long-term connections with customers, address concerns, and ensure high satisfaction.
Continuously improve performance: Use feedback, data, and market analysis to refine processes, improve customer service, and boost branch success.
