Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Branch Manager at The Mattress Warehouse : Nelspruit. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards across the branch. QualificationsExperience in retail management, sales, and customer serviceLeadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of inventory management and merchandisingAbility to analyze sales reports and trendsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPrevious experience in the mattress or furniture industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field will be an advantage
