Role Overview:As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient courier services, managing a team of employees, and achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for logistics and a proven track record in operational management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all branch operations, including courier pickups, deliveries, and customer service.Manage and lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to meet performance goals.Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Manage branch budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop training plans for staff.Address and resolve operational or customer issues in a timely manner.Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or branch management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Solid understanding of courier operations, logistics, and delivery processes.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.A valid driver's license is required.
