Job Title: Branch Manager – Fire & Gas Suppression
Location: Durban
Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for fire and gas suppression solutions? We're seeking a talented Branch Manager to join a growing team and spearhead operations. As Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving business forward by spearheading business development, overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities.
Branch Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch, including managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and implementing cost-effective solutions.
Sales Leadership: Motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to enhance employee performance.
Manage and maintain company assets within the region. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle maintenance records and tracking the usage of company equipment.
Qualifications:
Matriculation certificate
Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a branch management / sales management role
Proven track record in the fire and gas suppression industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
