Branch Manager Bearings International is a member of the Hudaco Group and is a leading distributor of Bearings and Power Transmission products in Southern Africa.
We are looking for a well-presented, motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager.
This role is responsible for taking accountability and ownership of all branch activities, communicating and driving daily operations of the branch, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
The Branch Manager will drive all people-related issues, customer service, sales, stock, and credit management within the branch.
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / NQF level 4 or the equivalent Driver's Licence 5+ years of business development and management skills Sales and/or general management qualification advantageous Must have managed a diverse team before Sound people skills to drive performance and accountability Key Performance Areas Manage, lead, motivate, develop, and empower branch employees to retain a stable team capable of delivering business goals.
Drive sales targets and manage operational efficiencies to maintain a healthy, profitable business.
Ensure excellent customer service by actively engaging in customer contact situations, maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Manage and control financial targets within company-accepted norms while balancing business risk.
Maintain and improve customer service, sales performance, stock efficiencies, and manage business risk related to credit.
Minimize stock loss through compliance with security measures and cash handling procedures.
People management including training, mentoring, coaching, and managing staff within the store.
Ensure sound financial and administrative control over the branch, including ISO compliance.
Adhere to and apply company policies and procedures.
Accountable for the maintenance of branch image and assets.
Demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills.
Possess exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Be driven, ambitious, and passionate about success.
Highly analytical with the ability to work under pressure.
Consistent and persistent in achieving goals.
