Valid drivers license. Bachelors degree in business administration, environmental science, or a related field. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple regional departments, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance. Monitor and manage regional departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise managers and other key staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment across the region. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all branches. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all regional departments comply with relevant environmental regulations and standards. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional client base. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive. Facilitate all external and compliance audits and assist with developing and implementing the corrective action plan. Monitor implemented corrective action plan to ensure compliance. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports on regional performance to the Director of Operations. Communicate effectively with managers, staff, clients, and other stakeholders. Attend meetings and represent the region at industry events and conferences. Key Skills: Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
