Group of Companies. At attooh!, we incentivize and entrepreneurial approach by registering your own business, building the business together with our panel of experts and helping you recruit advisors within your branch. Registering a business in your name creates equity in your name as you build up an asset over time. This position is ideal for a candidate that has been building his book over the last few years and want to venture into a new role, by still seeing clients. We do not necessarily offer a basic salary as we work on getting your business profitable and then conduct a profit share on a monthly basis.The Branch Director will oversee the branch's operations, drive business growth, manage staff, and ensure excellent advisor service. Responsibilities include recruiting of new advisors, financial management, strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.QualificationsEntrepreneurial, innovative mindset.RE5 QualifiedStrong leadership, management, and interpersonal skillsExperience in financial services or a related industryAbility to drive business growth and meet targetsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of financial planning, investments, and wealth managementBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CFP, or equivalent will be favorableProven track record of managing an insurance branch
