Key Responsibilities: Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.Understand the customer's needs, financial goals and means, and provide suitable products.Continuously update and inform customers of new products or changes in existing products.Validate client details in line with product and regulatory requirements.Conduct due diligence on clients to identify and flag risks.Manage own capacity to ensure daily appointments are prioritized.Service and manage all client profiles to ensure retention.Send payment reminders and conduct follow-ups.Manage and report on NTUs (clients Not Taken Up).Gain insight into client risk profiles.Consult with clients on alternative payment arrangements.Apply product knowledge to guide clients through policy cancellations.Resolve client queries or escalate them as necessary.Remain up to date with compliance and quality standards.Identify risks and flag potentially fraudulent activities.Log all activities as per regulations.Report on activities daily and collate data for weekly and monthly reporting.What will make you successful in this role?Knowledge and Experience: Client service.Sales and cross-selling tactics and strategies.Knowledge of the insurance landscape and regulatory requirements.Knowledge of insurance products is advantageous.Experience: 1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.Experience within insurance branches is an advantage.Qualification and ExperienceDiploma with no experience or Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
