KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.Understand the customer's needs and provide the right product that will satisfy their goals.Continuously update and inform customers of new products or changes in existing products.Validate client details in line with product and regulatory requirements.Conduct due diligence on clients to identify and flag risks.Manage own capacity to ensure daily appointments are prioritized.In-branch client service and client retention Responsible for servicing and managing all client profiles to ensure clients remain on the books.Gain insight into client risk profiles to proactively identify where support will be required.Responsible for in-branch servicing in line with client experience standards.Quality, compliance, and continuous development Remain up to date with compliance and quality standards.Keep up to date with own registration and product knowledge.Identify risks and flag potentially fraudulent activities.Log all activities as per regulations.Monthly planning and reporting Responsible for reporting on activities daily.Collate data on activities for weekly and monthly reporting.QualificationsMatric (Grade 12)RE5 advantageousFAIS Compliant (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.Class of Business training (to be completed within 12 months of employment)Knowledge and ExperienceClient service.Sales and cross-selling tactics.Knowledge of the insurance landscape and regulatory requirements.Knowledge of insurance products would be advantageous.Experience1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.Experience within insurance branches is an advantage.Skills and CompetenciesPersistently focused on achieving targets.Analysing information.Technologically oriented.Selling and influencing skills.Critical thinking skills.Strong communicator (verbally and in writing).Adaptable and open to learning.Personal AttributesBusiness insight - Contributing independentlyDecision quality - Contributing independentlyBuilds effective teams - Contributing independentlyPlans and aligns - Contributing independentlyBuild a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
