Inherent RequirementsGrade 122–3 years' experience in high-volume data capture and documentation managementIntermediate Computer literacy (MS Office)Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure the efficient registration of delegates on day of trainingUpdate delegate demographics on Student DatabasePerform administrative duties including but not limited to capturing data, filing, scanning, and issuing certificates and Operator cardsCreate and manage bookings according to processes applicable to BranchCheck that Learner Packs have been correctly completed by delegates and facilitatorsAssist with problem-solving to achieve a resolution and customer satisfactionEnsure that Company reports are generated and submitted as requiredProvide information regarding products and services offered by KBC or for the Corporate ClientCharacter TraitsAbility to work efficiently and professionally under pressureMust be able to work unsupervised and independently while always living out the Company's valuesPromotes a customer-centric work ethic at all timesMust be solutions-drivenUncompromising on work accuracy and meeting deadlinesInterviewing Process1 to 2 panel interviewsReporting toBusiness Unit LeaderPlease note should you not receive a response within one week of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.Please note that appointments will be made in line with the Company's EE targets and we encourage candidates from historically disadvantaged groups to apply.
