Consolidated Electrical Distributor is a well-established company specialising in the distribution of a portfolio of low-voltage electrical switchgear and motor-control brands to the South African market. Based in Gauteng with branches in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town. We are a young and lively company and take pride in offering our customers a hands-on approach focusing on exceptional service and delivery.
We are recruiting an experienced Branch Administrator for our Durban North branch.
Key Performance Areas include and are not limited to the following:
Assist the Branch Manager with the administration of the branch
Assist HR and payroll with attendance registers and overtime schedules
Control leave form applications on ESS
Confirm EFT and cheque payments from customer before the release of goods
Control and reconcile petty cash
Send through business expense reimbursement forms and supporting documents
Control daily COD payments and send through to Head Office for payment
Ensure supplier delivery notes and GRN's are sent through to Head Office
POD Control
Ensure all required documentation for zero rated sales invoices is obtained
Assist Branch Manager with month end tasks e.g., printing or distribution.
Capture all stock adjustments
Manage requests to open new supplier account to be sent to Head Office
Manage credit applications to be sent to Head Office – debtors department
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12
Degree/Diploma in Office Management/Admin is an added advantage
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
