Durban.Established company offering premium kitchenware and appliances is looking for a Branch Administrator to join their Durban based team.This position is ideal for an organized, diligent individual with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate well both in writing and verbally.Responsibilities:Prepare weekly sales figuresAssist Agents with ordering of stockControlling reporting of Agent's demosHandle client queriesvia phone and walk-insOrder stock for agents, including demo stock and stationeryProcess supplier payment requestsManage petty cashCompile weekly and month-end reportsRequirements:Previous administrative experienceComputer literacy and proficiency in iQ Retail, SAGE, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
